With this 66 " UV hybrid printer, you can easily print on a variety of materials. CMYK. White, paint, relief, wrinkles. All with a single device. From sheet to roll, uv-sp1800 aims to achieve 1440dpi high precision printing output. Print flawless graphics and text with vibrant Eco-UV inks including CMYK, White and Clear Coat for remarkable special effects ranging from gloss or matte finishes to custom textures and simulated embossing.

Materials is Important.
Low heat UV LED lamps allow the UV-SP1800 to print a vast array of press substrates, including foils, BOPP, PE, PET film, clear and metallic stock. With UV soft ink, you can print directly onto synthetic and natural leathers, fabrics and other specialty materials.

Advanced UV inks
Instant drying and flexible, Eco-UV ink delivers high density and a wide color gamut. Two formulations - original Eco-UV in CMYK, White and Clear, or Eco-UV Soft in CMYK and White. Both Eco-UV formulations produce prints that require no degassing and can be stretched around curved surfaces and edges without cracking. Eco-UV Soft stretches over 200%, ideal for printing on shrink sleeves and wraps and for thermo-forming applications. For indoor graphics, Eco-UV inks offer superior scratch and chemical resistance. Outdoors, Eco-UV inks last up to six months without coating , and up to two years when Clear Coat is applied as a finish (Eco-UV only).
One of the most powerful features of uv-sp1800 is the use of UV varnish eco ink to create a wide range of special effects, ranging from Matt or gloss to excellent field handling. By developing multiple layers of clear coat and automatically resetting the UV light, you are allowed to simulate embossing as well as creating truly unique custom textures from water droplets, faux leather, alligator skin, and even Braille effects.
