What are the methods of maintaining UV printer cartridge ?

1: The ink runs out of or below the pressure line.
The ink in the tank runs out of or below the pressure line, check ink tank to see if the ink is empty. When pouring new ink into the tank, you need to slow down in the dark environment, to avoid the strong light make the ink drying .

 

2: secondary cartridge failure.
Secondary ink cartridges were blocked, and air can not enter, the internal pressure is too large, no ink out. If the ventilation port is blocked, need to re-open the vent, so that the air can be smoothly enter. Can wrap with soft paper 2 laps in the secondary ink cartridges in the flat line connection, for the residual ink adsorption.


3: nozzle blockage.
pause the machine, reset to the X-axis origin, the print head raised 10 cm, press the ink pressure button to observe the negative pressure fluctuations, suspend when to 10, observe the ink droplets are coherent state then continue printing.

 

4: Piezoelectric crystal damage.
the internal piezoelectric crystal of nozzle damaged due to excessive voltage, ink infiltration and other circumstances, need to replace new print head.


5: ink pipeline block.
need to close the nozzle pipe switch, with the needle pressure air way, to clear the impurities in the ink tube, so that it can smooth flowing of ink.


6: metal buoy failure
metal buoy in the secondary ink cartridges, is a magnetic component, used to control the nozzle of the ink, if have failure, then the ink is not spray out, cause ink discontinuous. Need to open the cartridge cover, with the needle touch it, to return to normal.
