This is most important part when you want to have a UV flatbed printer. First, No printing machine is perfect, just like a car ,time to time will have little problem, in this case, the company after service team can timely help you to solve the problem is very important. Can save time, and money. Second, many clients do not know how to operate a UV printer, from install software, print head, ink to rip files and do adjustment. All these works should in assistance of after service team. Third, a UV printer can working for years, in the life time of the machine, some spare parts need to be replaced, how to correctly replace the spare parts , need the help of after service team. Fourth, some printer may need a technician to go to client company to do installation and training. Need to confirm where will be a technician can be send from factory when need.

In the market there have many machines, price from thousands dollars to hundred thousands.client should know the budget, then choose several companies that produce the right machine. After compare choose the best.

3, print head and printing speed.

There have Epson, Ricoh, konica, Polaris and other print head adopted on the UV flatbed printer. For most Epson head machine, are with two DX5 print head, which means the machine is cheap, but printing slow. Other print head machine can be more print head, from 4 to 10 , even more, the more print head means fast speed, accordingly the cost of machine is also higher. For many clients there have many printing job a day, so the fast printing machine is necessary.

4, brand.

In China, every year have new brand UV machine, it is hard to tell which brand is best, for these factories using different print head, different experiments, different spare parts on machine. But try to choose the factory that work with one brand print head for years, because after years of working with one brand nozzle, the factory can make many improvements, machine technology relatively mature and stable.

5, printing quality.

Theoretically, the less picoliter nozzles can print more accurate image, if you want to have a high quality printing job, try to choose the less picoliter print head is always right. Such as Epson DX5, Ricoh G5, are only 3.5/7pl, for Spectra Polaris have 14pl nozzle.but these print head are only basic hardware conditions, except for print head, the mechanical precision also play a important role, such as the step moving , if it is perfect. These can effect the printing quality.
